The HRD Project, established in September 2014 as part of Japan ASEAN Cooperation, focuses on human resources development in food-related areas. It aims to enhance the human resource system, build networks, and develop individuals for food security and regulatory harmonization. Targeting the young generation and various stakeholders, the project completed its 1st and 2nd phases, with the 3rd Phase expanding to include components like Food Value Chain, Food Analysis, and Food Safety Management.
