The program is aimed at developing human resources for enhancing food security and harmonizing agricultural and food-related regulations and standards through a specialized intensive course and build-out a network among the young generation, and compositional organizations for strengthening FVC such as Agricultural Cooperatives, agricultural community enterprises, and food-related industry in ASEAN Region
