Food Safety Management with Yezin Agricultural University (Myanmar)
The FSM Training Course with Yezin Agricultural University has been successfully organized from 27 to 28 October 2022. The activity was hosted by the Yezin Agricultural University and conducted virtually through the zoom platform. The Program was attended by students, university staff, and government officials. The number of participants is forty-six (46). A lecturer with noted expertise in food safety from Japanese academia was invited and shared his knowledge and practical know-how based in his broad experience on food safety. The curriculum was comprised of essential knowledge on food safety, which consists of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Hygiene Practice (GHP), Food Safety Management (FSM) system and audit skills.
