Talk Show on “Health and Food Sustainability – Future Food and Functional Food” “Sharing Experience of Working at Japanese Food Company” in collaboration with Kasetsart University 2023
The 1st Talk Show in Partnership with KU was successfully organized on 11 August at the Faculty of Agro-industry, Kasetsart University. The topic of the Talk Show was selected based on a consultation between Kasestart University and the Project which covered Functional Food as this topic is surging in both Japan and Thailand as well as sharing experience working in a Japanese Company. The discussion was divided into two consecutive discussion sessions. The 1st session was discussed Future Food and Functional Food which consisted of (1) Thailand Insect Protein, (2) an Initiative for Health Promotion through Food Development of Functional Foods in Japan, and (3) Sustainable Ingredients Tasty and Healthy with Low Environmental Impact: Plant-Based. Thenceforth, followed by the 2nd session which covered a sharing session on the experience working in Japanese Company by Thai Staff who are working in Japanese Company in Thailand and Japan.
