The 1st Food Value Chain Training Course in Partnership Program with Yezin Agricultural University (YAU)

The FVC Training Course with Yezin Agricultural University (YAU) was successfully organized in a hybrid scheme from 22 August to 2 September 2022. The program was conducted in the Department of Food Science Technology, attended by 58 participants consisting of A total of 22  students who attended lectures provided by 5 experts from Japanese private and academic sectors.

The curriculum was formulated with the cutting-edge of Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain which covered topics of Agricultural Cooperatives, Food Processing/Freezing Technology, Food Processing/Dairy Products, Packaging Technology, Food Safety and Traceability, Supply Chain Management, and FVC Concept.
