The FVC Training Course with NUL was held from 26 – 30 July 2021 in a hybrid scheme, conducted in the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Rural Economics, and Food Technology. A total 59 of bachelor stdents from Department of Rural Economics and Food Technology were attended lecture provided by 6 experts from Japanese private and academic sector. The curricullum was formulated with the cutting-edge of Japan advance Food Value Chain which comprises Japan food safety standard, food services industry, food processing and freezing technology, food management and traceability
