The FVC Training Course with VNUA was held virtually, starting from 8 – 19 November 2021 in the Faculty of Food Science and Technology. The program was attended by 200 participants consisting of 167 VNUA bachelor students of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, 18 staff and students from other facilities of VNUA, and 15 from other universities, public and private sectors. A total of 10 experts from Japanese Public Private Companies were sharing their expertise in Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain which comprises Food Processing focusing on sustainability, freezing and chilling technology and lactic acid bacteria, Agri-Business, Food Import and Export, Supply Chain and Logistics, Food Service, ICT, and Agriculture and Post-Harvest Technology.
