The 1st Partnership Program with Visayas State University (VSU), Project Year 2021

The FVC Training Course with VSU was held virtually, starting from 18 – 22 October 2022 in the Department of Food Science and Technology. The program was attended by 337 participants consisting of 229 students, 84 faculty/staff, 7 employees of government agencies, and 17 international participants. A total of 10 experts from Philippine and Japan Public and Private Companies were sharing their expertise in Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain which comprises Agricultural Cooperatives, Aquatic Production for Food Products, Post-harvest Technology, Food Frozen Technology, Food Safety and Standard, Functional Food, Marketing, Total Management, and Smart Agriculture.
