The 2nd Food Value Chain Training Course in Partnership Program with IPB University

The FVC Training Course with IPB University was virtually held from 5 April – 17 May 2022, conducted in the School Business of IPB University on a weekly basis every Tuesday. A total 66 of graduate students from the Management Business Program attended lectures provided by 6 experts from Japanese private and academic sectors. The curriculum was formulated with the cutting-edge of Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain which comprises the Food Service Industry and Sustainability, ICT/Smart Agriculture, Japan Agricultural Cooperative and Animal Husbandry/Chicken Egg, Frozen Technology for Marine Products, Quality Management and Food Safety Standard
