The 2nd Food Value Chain Training Course in Partnership Program with Kasetsart University
The FVC Training Course with Kasetsart University (KU) was successfully organized every Friday throughout 19 August to 16 September 2022. The activity was implemented online through a zoom platform and hosted by the Department of Agro-Industrial Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University.
The Program was attended by maximum 44 participants, which consist of 21 graduate students from Department of Agro-Industrial Technology, 5 lecturers, and 18 general participants of researchers, other students of KU, as well as some participants from Thai private companies. In the program, 10 lecturers with noted expertise in FVC from Japanese private sectors shared their knowledge and experties. The lecture topics including Agricultural Cooperatives, Smart Agriculture, Supply Chain and Logistics, Geographical Indication, Food Processing/Freezing Technology, and Food Service Industry.
