
The 2nd Food Value Chain Training Course in Partnership Program with Vietnam National University of Agriculture
The FVC Training Course with Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) was successfully organized in a hybrid scheme from 4 to 15 June 2022. The program was conducted in the faculty of Food Science and Technology of VNUA. A total of 200 participants attended the program which consisted of 180 students and 9 lecturers from Universities in Vietnam Including VNUA, Chan Tho University, and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh, and 11 government officials and companies in Vietnam. 11 experts from public-private sector in Japan have shared their expertise and practical know-how along the FVC. The curriculum was formulated with the cutting-edge of Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain which covered topic Intellectual Property Rights, Supply Chain and Logistics, Plan Seedling and Plant Breeding, Agri-Business, Meat Processing/Animal Husbandry, Food Loss, Waste and Environment, Fast Food and Restaurant Industry, International Trade and Agriculture, Action Toward Sustainability, and Agricultural Cooperative
