The FVC Training Course with the National University of Laos (NUL) was successfully organized in a hybrid scheme from 6 to 10 June 2022. The Program was conducted in the Faculty of Food Science and Technology. A total of 81 students consisting of 62 bachelor’s and master‘s students of NUL, 7 staff of NUL, and 12 government officials and companies in Laos attended lectures provided by 15 experts from Japanese private and academic sectors. The curriculum was formulated with the cutting edge of Japan’s advanced Food Value Chain with the covered topics Food Value Chain Analysis, Online Field Study, Agricultural Cooperatives, Japanese Agricultural Standard, Geographical Indications, Agricultural Finance and Packaging Technology
